Today it was amazing to be at the University of Florida Gainesville for the day. The state of Florida is in the center of the battle for the white house and you could feel the political fever everywhere... Early voting is in full swing here and it is homecoming weekend so the whole university was buzzing with excitment. I handed out Declare Yourself, Zune, and The Youngest Candidate flyers out outisde the basketball stadium and asked everyone if they were early voting. SO many people had already voted! Declare Yourself's "Why Wait?" campaign is working! Also, Raul De Jesus, one of the stars of THE YOUNGEST CANDIDATE joined me on tour today. He will be with us throughout the Florida dates and we're so grateful to him for making his way down here! The screening of "The Youngest Candidate" was great and one lucky attendee got a FREE ZUNE MP3 player just for showing up! Thanks again to Gainesville for all the love.-- jp
